NSS is at the base of Indian ancestral cultures though it originally originated all over works in different forms of youth activities for times since the Industrial revolution, Pandemics, epidemics, works wars and globalisation do sent waves of social needs.

Thus the BOSS System India is a call for youth to rededicate themselves to the Nation, In line with these true spirited thoughts various national leaders have sanctified this Program, including UNIVERSITY of Mysore. Since 2013 NSS is blossoming flowers in VVFGC,and conducts various activities. Mr. Kumar Faculty in VVFGC has been taking care of NSS Unit since 2014 and he is nominated as Coordinator from University of Mysore

Since then various contributions such as

• Neighborhood environmental primitive actions by students.
• Strengthening Students support back up in Local resource deprived government Primary Schools.
• Social Work Rural/Urban Slum camps.
• Identification of Psychosocial problems and collaborating with NGOs like YOUTH FOR SEVA, GREEN DOT, MANASA DHAMA, have become hall mark works of VVFGC in future this wing will spread to collaborate with Corporate sector to materialise CSR and many other programs with agencies like RUDSETI etc.
