- Any student desires to enroll as a member is required to produce valid identification Card/Admission Receipt.
- Each student member can borrow 3 books before examinations and 5 books during the examination.
- Borrower’s card will be valid for the period of one year.
- Fresh enrollment will have to be done for the succeeding year.
- Borrower cards are not transferable.
- Users/Borrowers should wear their ID cards while they are in library premises.
- Only members are authorized to borrow books.
- All books must be returned on or before due date.
- Library materials should be handled with utmost care. Last user member will be held responsible for any damage or mutilation of the books.
- Reference books/newspapers/Current issues of journals or magazines will not be issued out of the library.
- All the students are informed to sign in the gate register without fail
- Users are required to deposit their bags/belongings at the property counter before entering the library
- Eatables are not allowed inside the library
- Issued books are not permitted for reference
- Issue and return transactions are from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Please don’t write and damage the books and journals
- Library books if lost are to be replaced with new edition
- Loss of library card is to be reported immediately to the library staff
