The Placement Cell at VVFGC plays a major role in shaping up the career goals by adopting novel methods in nurturing young minds. In reality, there is a stringent competition in the job market to match the talent with the job profile. Placement cell bridges the gap, easing the procedure of recruitment to be simpler for companies and at the same time beneficial for the students. With the proper placement and training, students learn how to put forth their knowledge and abilities in the right way to fetch the best of jobs.
The Placement Cell supports students by giving counseling and through personality development initiatives. The Placement Cell collects aspirations of students, organizes career guidance programmes for all the students starting from first year, Drives / Pool drives are organized on regular basis. The cell also arranges training programmes like Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, Communication Skills Workshop etc. It also invites HR Managers from different industries to conduct training programmes for final year students. Cell supports students after the completion of course also.
The Cell is equipped with high end computer systems, Hi-Tech cabins for personal interviews, Group discussion and Seminar hall for Pre placement presentations. It also has repository of course and study materials with WIFI facility provided for students.
To strongly support in fulfilling the objective of aligning with technological development and industry/employer demand to skill the students to be industry ready
